The greatest city for foreigners to raise a family was determined to be Vienna.With an average monthly rent of €1,560 for a three-bedroom apartment, the city is among the more affordable places to live—€2,800 less than Geneva, the most costly.Along with 44 parks and 148 kid-friendly activities, the Austrian city offers great family-friendly resources. Vienna demonstrated its safety as a location to live, as seen by its low crime rate of 28.3 out of 100.Austria is the most family-friendly nation overall, with Salzburg and Innsbruck ranking among the top 10 along with Vienna.

Children find capital cities to be the most exciting.

Capital cities might be the ideal choice for families that are continuously searching for exciting things to do.Rome, London, Paris, Prague, and Amsterdam have the most kid-friendly activities, according to the Reassured survey.Rome offers the greatest number of parks—148—and an amazing 687 alternatives overall, according to the survey.The safest places to raise a family are in Swiss cities.

One of the most crucial considerations when deciding where to move as a family is safety. At 11.94 out of 100, Salzburg, Austria, was judged to have the lowest crime rate.However, Switzerland was found to be the safest nation overall, and half of the top ten safest cities are located in Switzerland, including Zug, Lucerne, Bern, Zurich, and Lugano.

For foreign families, Switzerland is the most costly country.

Despite their apparent safety, seven Swiss cities made it into the worst 10 rankings because of their exorbitant cost of living.In Zurich and Zug, the monthly rental cost of a three-bedroom property is €4,400 and €4,330, respectively, while the cost of daycare is approximately €2,900 in both cities.

The UK’s least family-friendly city is Manchester.
