Business Talent (Permanent) Visa
There is no point test.
Either
You have assets of AUD $1.5 million, transferable to Australia within two years after the visa is granted, and business turnover of AUD $3 million
Or
You have funding of at least AUD $1 million from an Australian venture capital firm.
We can circumvent the stringent requirement of heavy turnover and taxation with the Australian Venture Capital LP funding commitment.
Main Requirements to register Venture Capital LP in Australia:
- We need General Partner and Limited Partner.
- Establishment in Australia or in a country where Australia has double tax agreement.
- Committed Capital between 10 Million to 200 Million
- Partners must commit to put the investment money when required.
